MerchandisingMerchandising team executes orders and they are responsible from taking orders to shipment even receiving payments from buyers. Our merchandising team is skilled and experienced and they can handle any products for you like all kinds of woven products, all kinds of knit products and all kinds of heavy knit/sweater products. Merchandisers follow buyer’s manuals/standard procedures and distribute to teams and factories, textile mills, accessories suppliers and washing plants. Our merchandising team works closely with buyers, factories, internal teams and suppliers.
Garment TechnicalThis team makes sure your samples FIT and correct following given Techpack, styling, design, sketch, measurement and other instructions. This team work closely with buying technical team, development team, merchandisers and factory technical team. This team is entirely responsible to solve any kind of technical and fitting problems and makes easy production operations/sewing.
Quality AssuranceOur QA team is skilled and experienced, each team member belongs practical garment quality knowledge like Quality Control systems, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level), Inspections (Inline inspection, pre-final inspection, final inspection, fabric inspection), PPM (Pre-production meeting) procedures, adequate garment technical knowledge, critical path analysis, adequate washing knowledge etc. Finally, always maintain and follow buyer’s manual to ensure overall quality.

Washing TechnicalNow wash became a trend. We love denim and we want to work with denims. Our washing technicians always follow washing instructions strictly. We have experienced and skilled washing technicians to develop fancy washes who control and ensure the quality. We use to do for buyers Enzyme wash, Stone wash, Bleach wash, Towel, PP, Tinting, Over dyeing, Deep dyeing, Cool pigment, Color spray, Laser design, sustainable wash, Hand Scraping, Whiskering, Destroy, Rips and repair, Grinding, Chevron, Tagging, Crinkle, Resin, Bumper 3D, etc. We work with standard washing plants who follows social compliance and passed by audits like Detox, Oeko-tex, Care for water etc.
Testing facilityWe don’t have own testing lab but we generally use recognized testing labs to perform chemical and physical tests as per buyer’s requirement. Currently we are working with SGS, ITS, BV, TUV, TUV-SUD, UL, MTS.
Social ComplianceWe have a social compliance team and play a vital role. Our skilled team always KEEP IN TOUCH with buyers and factories and strictly follow compliance rules and regulations. Team regularly visit factories, check factory premises and ensure compliance matters by today meeting and seminars and advise factory team if any necessary step/re-audit required. ShippingOur shipping team executes entire commercial and shipping activities. Shipping team works with buying shipping team, factory shipping and commercial team, local C&F agents, forwarder and shipping lines. This is capable enough to handle all kinds of commercial and shipping documents smoothly and on time.
